Grace Hatton

Clinical Product Lead for Women's Health, Numan

Grace Hatton is a medical doctor with over 12 years of experience spanning clinical medicine, academia, and industry. She holds degrees in pharmacy, medicine and surgery, and business (MBA), and currently serves as Clinical Product Lead in the Women’s Health Unit at Numan, where she is shaping clinical products and services to support women’s health across all life stages.

Grace is Chair of the Medical Advisory Board at Symprove Ltd. and a Fellow of the Aspen Institute, the Royal Society of Arts, NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Programme, and Forbes Ignite. She also sits on the Royal Society of Medicine’s Digital Health Council, lectures at the Parsons School of Design, and is a founding committee member of NXGN.

Previously, she led clinical development at Arcturis Data, focusing on data integration, trial design, and real-world data analytics. Earlier in her career, she conducted research at UCL and King’s College London in pharmaceutics and hepatology, contributing to more than 20 peer-reviewed publications, articles, and book chapters, and earning five national and international awards.
