Dr Tauseef Mehrali is VP Regulatory at Flo Health, the world's leading femtech app empowering over 420 million women globally. He was formerly Ada Health’s VP of Medical Safety & Regulatory Affairs. A practising NHS GP, he is an expert in digital health safety and regulation, and oversaw Ada’s successful application for Class IIa EU-MDR certification. Tauseef has also previously sat as the clinical specialist on a NICE Quality Standards Framework Committee developing guidelines on promoting health and preventing premature mortality in Black, Asian and other Minority Ethnic groups. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with a Masters in Medical Sciences, Ethics & Law, and holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Birmingham with distinction in medicine. He spoke at the inaugural BMJ Research Forum at Tavistock House on a panel entitled ‘Pathways to impact: Evidence and regulation in the digital age’.
